Inspired by our summer adventures out at Ditch Plains Beach in Montauk this summer, here is one adventure of Sharkary and Irate the Pirate, battling Tsunami Crab and his hordes for the Amulet of Tides. My son, Zack, and I came up with the characters of Sharkary and Tsunami Crab, and I ran with it.
The pages are presented here in the order I drew them. Now that they're scanned I'm going to clean them up, color them, and write a bit of story to go with each page. Some are out of sequence for the eventual narrative, and I may end up adding a few more pages, but below you will find them in their original state, along with tons of sketches and doodles I made along the way.
